These terms apply when you use this website or buy from burabura, run by Vedant Indurkar (proprietor), Baner, Pune, Maharashtra, India. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to place an order, or shop with a parent or guardian.
Our products
- We show our toys as accurately as we can, but screens display colours differently, and handmade plush can vary slightly in shape and fur.
- Sizes are measured from the top of the head to the feet, including ears that stand up, and may vary by 2–3 cm.
- Each product page shows the recommended age. Please follow it and our Toy care & safety guidance. Toys are not meant for unsupervised use by babies.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian rupees (₹). Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay.
- You can pay online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking or wallets), or by cash on delivery when it's offered at checkout. An online order is confirmed once payment succeeds; a cash-on-delivery order is confirmed when you place it.
- If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
- Coupons have their own conditions shown when you apply them. Only one coupon can be used per order, and coupons have no cash value.
Orders and availability
- Stock is limited. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, the payment can't be verified, the address can't be served, or we suspect fraud or reselling. If you've paid, you get a full refund.
- Shipping, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Shipping policy and Returns, refunds & cancellations. For hygiene reasons, delivered toys can't be returned.
Our content
The photos, text, logo and design on this website belong to burabura. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Using the website
Please don't misuse this website: no attempts to hack, overload or scrape it, no fake orders, and no false information.
Liability
- To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
- We aren't responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, strikes or courier disruptions.
- Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
